Information you choose to send
Resource suggestions and contact forms collect the name, email address and message you enter, along with any resource name, public website or area you provide. This information is stored privately in the website’s editorial inbox so an editor can review it and follow up. Sending a suggestion does not publish your name or email address.
Accounts and essential functions
Contributor sign-in uses WordPress and Directorist. Account details and necessary sign-in cookies support access to contributor features. Public account registration and paid checkout are disabled for this launch.
Hosting, logs and external websites
The site is hosted by DreamHost. Hosting and security systems may record technical access information such as IP addresses and requested pages. The forms use a temporary, keyed hash of the connection address to limit repeated submissions. This release does not add advertising pixels or newsletter subscriptions.
Official website and map links take you to other services with their own privacy practices. Follow those links only when you want to visit the provider.
Retention and requests
Submitted messages are retained for editorial review and follow-up until the site administrator removes them. You can request access, correction or removal of information you supplied through the contact form. Please identify the message or account involved without sending passwords or sensitive documents.
